A modern interpretation of a family home was designed to accommodate parents and the new generation. The existing old family house was demolished to pave the way for this multi-storey family residence, which features a 4-bedroom apartment on the ground level and a duplex apartment on the first and second levels.

The duplex level includes generously sized guest bedrooms, three bedrooms for the children, and a master bedroom — all en suite with balconies. The upper level features a large family room, gym, open terrace for get-together, office space, and an additional bonus room for family hobbies.

Construction is currently ongoing, having commenced in September 2024. The design utilizes large windows for natural ventilation and lighting, offering beautiful views of the nearby Kisii town skyline. Balconies provide natural sun-shading depending on the sun's orientation, with major windows facing north to avoid extreme sunlight exposure.
