Description: A 2009 Project Architect: PACIS Headquarters Offices, for PACIS Insurance Co. Ltd, was a design competition for selected firms, the brief entailed an 8 storey office building with all modern facilities integrated.
Designed to allow construction in phases, we integrated environmental sustainability into the whole by harnessing rain water, collecting grey water and solar power for emergency lighting. Flexible office spaces served by a central service core with private balconies ensure enhanced air flow and natural sun shading to the habitable spaces. Emphasis was laid on accessibility by handicapped users as well as vehicular and pedestrian movement. Awaiting for fury assessment and award.
